I was back on maybe five minutes later. I have no idea what that was all about but I'm sure who ever banned me, hates me now.

You'd be surprised how the CDC can track mall shoppers.
If an infected says they were at any store the CDC can have access to credit card records for the suspicious hours from any retail merchant.
They can find out if you were in the same store the spreader was.

Soon we will be a cashless society so they can track even better.

I read the article before I started this thread. The article said three confirmed cases and they extrapolated that out to mean 200 to 500 carriers now spreading among the population.

Still, you made a claim. I provided a link for mine, now it's your turn. Show me a link that says the spreaders can be counted on one hand.

I posted this thread so we can discuss what is going on at the moment. Information is the most valuable commodity we have right now. It is by far the most valuable commodity.

Only by throwing all the information on the table and sorting it out through discussion are any of us going to have a handle on whats actually going on.

Elderly person in 70's with serious health issues gets a seasonal flu and dies from pneumonia. What else is new? Thousands of cases like this.

How does this relate to the corona virus? Why should the entire population go into panic mode?

It's been here for weeks in all likelyhood - many have had it (and didn't know it) and have recovered already.

I saw a strange/noteworthy guy in the local grocery store yesterday, I live not too far from the video of those busloads of troops in Southern Oregon-

Walked into the store and an older Chinese gentleman with an earpiece in (might have been a hearing aid) was standing right by the ATM I was about to use, just inside the front doors, so I point and said 'excuse me' as I walked in front of him- I could tell he was mainland Han Chinese, someone with some sort of authority (I have spent time with Chinese people over the years)- wasn't holding a phone, nobody else with him, which was odd for the location/situation. I figured he must have been waiting for someone, but he wandered-off.

I saw him two other times in the store as I grabbed stuff- he was literally just mulling about playing 'pocket pool' (fumbling around w/hands in pockets). Wasn't looking at items on the shelves, wasn't watching people... just randomly wandering the store with a blank stare and no interest or emotional affect to him- dressed in a plain tan jacket and dark slacks. I thought "What if this guy is spreading some shit around via a pocket device down his pant-leg or something?!" Then I realized I have been spending too much time on GLP... but still felt strange to me.

I have my head on a swivel in 'hyper-vigilance' mode these days.
