There is no need for the states or death counts to be in
order - just list 10 states and give a death count guess for each. All will be considered in the end, without us having to put the states in order when entering the contest.

How contest will be judged:
1. Number of states guessed correctly get only
consideration unless there are ties, and there will be
ties.
2. Number of deaths guessed will break ties. (whoever
comes closest to actual official death counts wins, does
not matter if they guess over the actual count)
To score Number of Deaths in this contest, a Death Deviation number is established for each contestant.
The differences between the actual death count and your guess for each guessed state are all added up, and the bigger total deviation loses. For example, if your death count guess is off by 10 in each of your 10 state guesses, then your Death Deviation number is 100.
Each contestant will be able to figure out their personal Death Deviation number, even if they're not winning. Win or lose, the 3 contestants with the lowest Death Deviation numbers, get Green Karmas, since that would be impressive unto itself.
3. With ties of both states and death count, the
earliest dated entries win. (so get your guess in early!)
4. I'll be the final judge of any grey area, however
will listen to all who would like to help in the judging.
I'll probably need your help to judge this contest, if there are many entries.
This contest will be like a Constitutional Republic.
5. I reserve the right to alter the rules to this
contest as it goes along, in the event of logistical need
to do so.
