In a Covid cohort, leukocytosis was detected in 1/3 of the patients and lymphocytosis in 2/3 of patients.

One of the laboratory hallmarks of toxoplasmosis is lymphocytosis and the presence of atypical lymphocytes

Both leukopenia and leukocytosis may be observed in clinical toxoplasmosis
