So I am wondering..what did the Governor, Senator, or Congressman of Ohio d0 to incur the wrath of FEMA??

I am from southern Indiana and today at break the weather is showing the flooded streets of Findley and declaring that Chicago is under a tornado watch...all of my co-workers are shaking their heads. You just don't hear about that kind of extreme weather up there.
