Dominating my life too much, wasn't sleeping. The second i start watering the crows turn up kawing etc, the pidgeons gather and the little ones (sparrows?) gather and start fighting excitedly over the best position for when i go inside! They all watch us and interact with us even if we don't notice it. I wake up every morning, make a coffee n toast, go up to the roof and wait for the Sun to light up the Eastern side of the Himalayas and stand there in awe and at what we have... the crows not so much lol, they don't even know about that, but they do know my scraps of Marmalade on toast is mightey tasty and so are also in awe in some way, we are all synced somewhat |

Your physical health will be adversely affected by non stop stress. Go for walks or other physical activity, listen to music, do something which takes concentration, such as building a model, super cleaning of the house, even go for a drive. Think about and plan things you will do when this has passed like planning a trip or vacation, plan on what restaurants you will go to, maybe a sporting event, etc. Try to not live in the moment. In other words, put order in your life. And, some praying is good too. Lastly, think of your fellow man and woman. Many elderly are self isolating (me included), check in on them by phone make sure they are okay. justavet In the end, our regrets are for what we didn't do, not for what we did. |

They ventured into remote areas of Nepal and the photography was absolutely stunning, including the sunrises. I fell asleep the last two nights with those visions. My kids psychiatrist told me to drink wine and consider a prescription for a benzodiazepine. I laughed so hard that day. She also suggested I smoke pot. She has been in a state of denial, and is now starting to panic a bit. I told her to avoid the news for a while. We all need to combat the fear with hope and faith, and work on maintaining some kind of serenity because - as you said - it directly effects our physical health. Stress is known to increase cortisol, which has detrimental physical effects. Stay safe everyone, and take a mental break to reconnect with nature, your loved ones, yourself. |
