US National Guard getting ready

This virus will kill some people, will it stop there? The US National Guard seems to be getting ready to do something:

Speculation: China claims to have no new cases. We know they are lying. Why is the media letting them get away with that? They will be crowned brilliant for declaring martial law. Meanwhile, it grows out of hand in places like USA, on purpose, to allow, between now and the election, the government to follow China's lead to "quarantine" and extract those on the main core list.
