Unlike 99 percent of the world the US doesn't have any national healthcare system.

So I don't think it will play out the same here as it is in Europe, asia, and the middle east.

Most people in the US will just not go to the hospital at all until they are on death's door, because they don't have insurance or because they can't pay the deductible or copays for insurance they do have.

I imagine a lot of people will just die at home.
