A lot of other corona viruses in this family are sensitive to heat and humidity.

The current spread of the virus in Iran is not a good indicator of whether this strain is sensitive or not as their current temps are ranging from the 40s to the 70sF.

I'm watching what the spread is in Tiawan. Their temps are in the 80s to 90s with high humidity. They have a total of 50 cases. 11 of those were person to person originating in tiawan.

Going forward the rate of spread from person to person in Tiawan will be the best indicator of if this is going to be seasonal or not.
