Sold my house to my Chinese neighbors, Chinese boss....*now they’re sick***

Closing is set for the 18th. House was on market less than 24 hours and her Chinese boss put in offer $1000 over asking with all closing paid.
She told me her boss is bringing over his adult children to escape the virus.

She calls me tonight to say she’s very sick. She sounds awful. Tells me to be careful at closing because the “virus” is bad down there.

I called my agent and said I won’t be at settlement, they need to send me the paperwork.

Screw that.....

She called again. Can barely speak. She said her doctor doesn’t want to see her in the office. She said apparently the hospital has set up some kind of drive thru for suspicious cases.

She has had Chinese students streaming thru and staying at her house for at least a year that I’m aware of.

Her her house has got to be a hotbed. Her Chinese husband is in his 80’s, so far no symptoms for him.

She also said a lot of the girls at the fingernail shop where she works are unwell but still working. They have no leave nor benefits.
