Need help asap!

So today I am making a memorial video for my grandmother's celebration of life gathering. I haven't ripped music in many many years so I need to know what is the best sites to do so. My husband said to just do video to mp3. But still I have no idea what sites are reputable for that. The video will be pictures with music. Probably going to use programs that come with computer to create slideshow and music. I believe we're going with a thumbnail for transport rather than a CD. Hoping thumbnail will be easy to work with. Anyway, I appreciate your input and have a great day yall
