Stupid question, but I have to ask it - does Friday midnight mean tonight at midnight (start of Friday) ~OR~ does it mean the end of Friday, which also takes place at midnight?
This is why I hate the term "midnight" - you never know if they're talking about the beginning of the day, or the end of one, since "midnight" means both.
So fellows, what is it - do they have all day today and tomorrow to fly home, or just today only??

There are already thousands of undetected cases in the US due to a lack of testing. I'm talking about being clear when these travel bans start. If they ban travel from Georgia to Florida at midnight Tuesday, I need to know what f^cking day that is. They need to be CLEAR when these bans start - 11:59 PM on whatever day, that's clear enough for anybody to understand. You say "midnight" - you might be caught out a day early, or late, depending ...
