They realised that some forces or entities tweaked their 5G network frequencies to an uncontrollable level. The secret sources alerted them that unknown satellites were messing with their mobile phone networks. It seems that foreign operatives had infiltrated their 5G telcos and leaked their source codes to the perpetrators who then used space based technology to corrupt their networks.
