The world is never going back to normal, sooner you accept it the better off you'll be.

After China shut down, it was going to get bad but some sort of economic recovery may have been possible. But not now. The Euro-zone being barred for 30 days has ended any hope that this might blow over. That economic hit coupled with China is too much for the financial system to bear. Markets are limiting down everywhere and this is all WITHOUT the virus being legit.

The financial ruin from this has ended the zenith of civilisation we were living in. It's never coming back now. Shit like suspending taxes and rents etc, is only to keep people from freaking out for a bit longer. The shitfight of who owes who what will be insane in any sort of recovery.
