Crackers and peanut butter goes a long way for a long time. Also, at Walmart, Sams, Costco they have boxes of Spanish Rice, Alfredo on and on. You can mix canned veg'ies in them as well. Check out the new news channel, NEWSMAX". |

This is a good website with lots of links to useful information about prepping. Also look on youtube, there are a ton of useful videos about food prep. |
