Schools in North Texas closing like falling dominos

Same in AZ. But ours are saying "closed indefinitely"

All area schools closed UFN in Oklahoma City area.

I'm in n texas also, my school shut until 20th also, but its spring break too, so really it's only a few days of unscheduled closure..

Also, the new minimester starts on the 23rd, so I doubt they will postpone any longer than that.

Everything else is normal still here though. I was very surprised when I got the alert on my phone yesterday.

I bet that is the biggest deal in that country since the dust bowl.

And no there's no deaths here, I think there's like 2 cases in the dfw area, nothing exciting happens where I live, dont know anyone who knows anyone with corona.

As of reported now, there are 13 cases in dfw.

Schools in Valdosta, GA, Lowndes County, all closed for the next two weeks.....

and it's gonna be 85 degrees here today

I don't think school does those stupid fuckers any good anyway. A bunch of people have arrived here in West Texas on spring break. Most of them are coughing hacking and sneezing I don't know what the hell's going on. These fucker should have stayed home and self quarantined. These assholes are out here spreading sickness all over the place.All the housekeepers here at the motel are wearing gloves masks eye protection and we're using bleach like it's going out of style. God damn people ain't got the sense of God gave a goose. Stay the fuck home if you're sick. How hard is that to understand?

Memphis schools were scheduled to be closed next week for spring break but they've added an additional week. Schools will reopen March 30.

Over 130 schools closed in communist Connecticut. Set to re-open 3/30 as of now.

I know 3 different people who's companies are all getting their employees equipped with laptops and trying to get them OUT of the offices and working from home ASAP! I think they have waited too late....

It's Spring Break time so those closures are normal. Now if they were saying closed til end of March or April you would have some NEWS.

we closed our schools after Christmas for a week in East Texas. Shit was croaking old people.

I'm looking forward to Monday here in MI. All schools closed, no buses on the road, fewer grannies doing 40 in a 55.

I think they are just trying to get ahead of the "explosion" of cases.

Dallas County has already declared an EMERGENCY Health bulletin....the closures are real and they will be in place as long as it takes. I live in Dallas...the area is basically going on an isolation lockdown as we speak.

Thread: DALLAS County has "Community Spread" and has Implemented a Health Emergency Protocol - Limits Size of Gatherings, etc.
