that is interesting. will post in this thread if I get the call as well. each state has it's own program. so it might be a your state thing. however would be helpfull to know if any other vets got this call.
maybe the VA is going to be a good place to go, i know we all bitch but at least here they are doing a decent job. they asked those questions for my doctor appointment at the VA the other day. however no calls yet

You said state entities, there are multiple states included in some regions and there are single states that include multiple regions depending on geographics and population density.
