I guess only folks with compromised immune systems are the ones who have to worry about a drastic decline in their health. i.e. the very young, hospitalized folks and older folks. Glad to read that he is doing well. I hope he continues to get back to normal. |

So, that person had a bad preexisting condition. The company is a cybersecurity company in SF and the guy in the coma, the software engineer and his family lives in Wilton CT. His wife just had twins a couple of months ago. What a shit storm it is for that poor family Three other people at his company tested positive. Everyone in the company is working from home when it was found out that guy came down with it. About a week now. All in SF Last Edited by JanJan on 03/13/2020 08:33 AM |

keybored User ID: 77443882 Belgium 03/13/2020 08:35 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | He was at the conference in SF where the guy who had to be flown to CT and is in a medically induced coma. Quoting: JanJan My son's symptoms are: Mild sniffles Stiff neck Feeling run down. NO: Fever, or aches and pains. It took a week before he was deemed 'qualified' to be tested. Then it took 5 days for the results to come back. He'll go back for testing to see if he's stopped 'shedding' the virus. I sent him the liposome vitamin C that Trin recommended along w/the copper. Just wanted to let you all know what's up. You help me with all the valuable info, so .... Praying that Rob recovers quickly If he starts getting really bad headaches or avoiding bright lights, it might be meningitis because 'stiff neck' isn't a sign of CV. |

I'll ask him when I call him this morning. Still really early in CA How many days since infection now? 14 days. He had to wait that length of time before he 'qualified to be tested. Not sure what the criteria are for that. I'll ask him more today. When he called last night, I was gob smacked. I freaked out after I got off the phone w/him . Corporal Punishment User ID: 24262777 United States 03/13/2020 08:40 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | That is interesting and good news. Obviously diseases can impact some people worse than others. I wonder if his experience would be similar to many flus. I mean, are there often many people who would test positive for the flu but show no symptoms? Or maybe even is it possible the SARS 2 test is better able to detect the disease than flu tests? The people saying this is no big deal keep pushing the low mortality rate. That would be true if a lot more people have this but don’t have serious symptoms. |
