So the USA goes into lockdown on Sunday, if this is multiple states.

Initially for 14 days, then an assessment/casualty count will made, followed by at least 2 additional weeks of quarantine. All non critical business and personnel will be required to be closed for business for the duration of the order. 

This means that smaller internet providers may not be open for business. However, the top tier internet providers (Comcast, ATT, Spectrum) will remain running to support the massive increase of home usage. Selected Grocery stores for each county will be open for specific hours, however, entrance and exit traffic will be highly monitored and treated with antiviral/disinfectant. Important to note that Gas stations will be closed. All colleges, schools will be closed.

Also important to note is that all local law enforcement will be instructed to arrest and restrain groups (non relatives) containing more than 3 people in public view. Whether law enforcement chooses to actually follow through with that order, is unlikely for most districts.

Shelter in place means you are warned to stay in the current building you occupy and seek a room with the least amount of air transfer. Usually reserved for dangerous airborne chems and gases.

This would be unprecedented for a virus and does not make much sense.

Listen, shill. Take it for what it is. These dates were floating around GLP for a month and just now I got this information which adds credibility, and I am trying to make sure people are able to do last minute preparations.
