You are confusing the NWO with the Cabal. The NWO is what you call the Illumanti and are at war with the Cabal. It is the NWO that Q takes about. Here is a primer; [link to www.youtube.com (secure)]

To validate this statement; Think of the universe as a planck scale grid in every dimension. Every point is a place you can anchor a string or multiple strings. Each string connection can be open or rolled and are what you call dimensions. To create a three and a half dimension universe, 3 movement directions and half of a time direciton, from the fifth dimension you take energy (a string) and anchor it on one of these planck points and spin it at C until it cracks open. The string remains anchored on one end but unrolls along the dimension the energy was spun on. This creates universe one dimension down, e.g. four dimensions. But since you must spin the energy on a dimensional axis, and the one used here was the time dimension, you wind up with time only going forward and a universe with lots of angular momentum, hence your three and one half dimension universe. The angular momentum that the universe was started from is the reason that there is not a matter / anti-matter discrepancy in the universe. All matter was created with the same spin so there never was any anti-matter to find.
