In multiple interviews, Francis Boyle, law professor at U of Illinois and author of the US Bioweapon Control Act, provided conclusive evidence of the weaponization of this virus. Developed at Ft Detrick, which was forced to close in August 2019 for rampant safety violations, this bioweapon was transferred to UNC Chapel Hill. Wuhan University then purchased samples from UNC, and combined with Australian research on HIV sequence CRISPR insertion in a “Gain-of-Function” upgrade.
These are CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY and should be dealt with immediately, harshly and permanently.
