They must be protected and guided.

Anyone with a CDL who wants to drive is already employed, they can't work overtime because that's illegal. They don't need any extra road.

Our trash trucks are automatic. They just move the bins and the truck does the pick up. If you leave a bag on the street they charge you per bag outside the bins, so no one leaves bags. Trash truck drivers touch much less trash than restaurant workers.
