On the other hand I don't necessarily see any indication it would be helpful in this case? I have taken it to help with back pain. It did seem to be helpful but also seemed to cause me to get blood blisters on my tongue when I ate salty foods. I'm eating dried papaya for this (papain)... Urology of Virginia Coronavirus, Precautions, and Strengthening the Immune System [link to www.urologyofva.net (secure)] Serratia peptidase or serrapeptase is a digestive enzyme that also helps keeps mucus secretions in an optimal state – not too thick and not too watery. Originally isolated from a bacteria that resides in the intestines of the silkworm, it is also called “silkworm” enzyme as it is what breaks down the cocoon to free the silk moth. In addition to its nonspecific effect on host defenses against infection, serrapeptase was recently shown to exert antiviral effects by digesting proteins that coat the virus. Other proteolytic enzymes, e.g., bromelain, may also be effective. The dosage for serrapeptase is based upon enzyme activity: 80,000-100,000 SPUs twice daily between meals on an empty stomach. from link above - vitamin D - Liposomal vitamin C - Monolaurin is a fat found in coconut oil - Serratia peptidase or serrapeptase is a digestive enzyme - Astragalus root |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 77831020 If you have a fever, just let it fever. Fevers are what the body uses to destroy viruses. yeah, das riight! except when they start seizing from high fever as brain cell death occurs! how bout u get back to me with the maximal temp permitted before treatment with a fever reducer or... based on your theory we just let that fever turn the brain into PATE!! idiot. If your fever gets that high that it's melting your brain, you need to be in a hospital and you've got a lot more wrong with you that something that can be treated with ibuprofen. oh, so fucking sorry to offend you! so you forgot to tell me that number and you forgot to mention how closely you were monitoring your loved one prior to them crossing the threshold of unacceptable temps!! or worse yet, maybe the persons alone and passes out while the Pate formation ensues!! then what you gonna say. "Well sir they were still awake when i left them alone but i did recommend they not take fever reducer cause its 'natures waay'" awwww your quite the expert! M.O.R.A.N. you will soon come to understand Yoda that there are a GREAT many thing your fucking clueless about. A cool bath and ice packs, oldskool style. He recommends only 800 - 1000 IU of Vitamin D from fears of toxicity. You can EASILY take 5000 - 10000 per day for your entire life without any issues. Your body makes orders of magnitude more when exposed to sunlight. AND he dishes Vitamin C, says it's not known how it works (when Pauling and others explained clearly that the body converts it to hydrogen peroxide, which kills viruses) and that there's no scientific proof that it helps. This guy is a brianless moran. |
