As it has been classified notifiable here, they could do the same when a vaccine comes out. Well not quite, they could quarantine you and keep you there until you were vaccinated, in some cases. Once you are quarantined and notified, the government becomes responsible for who you infect if let out. You are notified at the confirmation test. Presumptive positive or negative , you are informed a notification is pending, self isolate order is given then. You can refuse, whereupon you are forcibly quarantined. It would boil down to that with an ordered vaccination.
