Interesting website but does not apply here. First, an american website is obviously more bias than international group.

Second, the WHO study as you said focused on private/public and how well the poor were treated.

Unless you think that the US are not going to treat the lower middle class, poor and homeless, then the WHO study is more accurate for US capacity in a pandemic than the GHI study.
