Carlos is from a small town in Spain with a population of around 8000 people. Everyone kinda knows everyone and it’s very difficult to remain anonymous...
1 woman who works in one of only 2 supermarkets in the town has Corona. No one knows who she is. Her name has been kept from publication.
Carlos’ sister is a pharmacist in one of only 3 pharmacies in the town. She’s no idea who this woman is. All 3 pharmacies communicate with each other all the time. His sister knows what medication many people in the town are taking. She doesn’t know who this woman is. Her colleagues don’t know. And no one in the other pharmacies knows who this woman is.
Meanwhile, schools and shops etc have been closed down and police are driving around with loud hailers telling everyone to stay indoors.
This is so unbelievable. You cannot keep a secret in that town. Someone will know someone who knows someone who knows you.

There’s no way you can be anonymous in that town.

When I visit that town we walk down the street and Carlos and his family stop every few yards to chat to literally everyone because they all know each other

Except for this woman with Corona. No one knows who she is.
