Gonna be a interesting week.

I moved my money out of the markets 6 weeks ago. Read a story about 200 tons of lobster sitting on New Zealand docks unable to ship to China (Feb 5 CNN). That spooked me and I pulled everything.

I see a significant support level around 17000-17700. I am holding off till that level to start back into the Market. Otherwise I holding off till I see some Anti-virals and or vaccines announced for production.

I also see a moral duty to move back into the Market at some point because it needs support. So I see a possible worse case support at 12000. Regardless I will put some money back in at 17700. I have a longer term time frame and I will hold onto the stocks purchased at that level even if it 1929's down to 6000. You got to make a stand at some time.

So probably 50% back into stocks at approx 17000.

If that forms the bottom I will add to that position.

If it does not get that low I will likely stay in cash and wait till the first anti-viral gets approved for use. I am thinking 3 - 6 months. Not sure but September-October somehow seems about right for that to come out.

If it blows through the 17000 support I will stay 50% cash and wait for a 5 week bottom to form. Then I will add.

I am of the same opinion. Bought puts in late January will probably get out of them and start buying stocks around 18,000. I will dollar cost average into them as it moves down from there. Don't have a good feel for where the bottom is yet. But provided there are no other black swan type events triggered by this, the recovery should be "V" shaped.

Here's the deal. The Bankruptcy of the United States happened years ago...really prior to 2008. The plan to rescue it is impressive. U.S. refinances it's debt at 0% intrest...Default on all of the garbage debt from the companies who have been stealing from the U.S. for years charging $1000 for a wrench... those companies will be bankrupt after this anyhow so their will really be no debt to default on... Meanwhile back to the U.S. consumer the Federal Reserve is put out of business because they have become over leveraged from all of this and most of the criminal families who have been running it are off to jail... wait what's that? Why it's the new Basket of Commodities U.S. currency backed mostly by Gold that will be issued by the United States of America (Not bankrupt Corporation America) that will replace your worthless federal reserve notes. Most likely will be some pain for those who have tons of debt...but they (Like the U.S.) will most likely be able to refinance this debt at zero interest with the New U.S. Currency. Patriots in Control!
