My boss called me a little after 9:30 tonight to tell me that we are now going to be closed. Quoting: Pole Cat I'll be there, but wonder how many won't. Last week, we hardly had anyone show...it was definitely a skeleton crew. I'll be working a 24 hour shift at the hospital tomorrow. Then off for 2 days, then will be heading back for a 48 hour shift. We get new info all the time. Stringent measures have been taken at our hospital despite the fact we only have a few cases in our state. We do have some inpatients that were PUI. I'll find out tomorrow what their status is..... were the cases confirmed or not. No matter how you feel about it...bless your heart AND PLEASE stay as healthy as you can. Not only for those you work with but for your family too.  |

I work at a school and they closed us down for the week. They say they will revisit being open on a week to week basis. My husband works on a military base. He is heading in to work. He goes on trips for work once or twice a month, but of course those have been canceled for the next few months. |

I have been a little stressed by it all. The unknown. I run two companies, one carrying for seniors in their homes. In all my areas we serve all school districts closed. I have no idea how many employees will not have daycare and call off. Will be working to find more masks. Second business wheelchair and gurney vans. They have been extremey busy. Working from home not an option. Nor the staff, we are hands on care. My goal is to hold it all together and what is going to look like. |
