The warning by French Health Minister Olivier Veran followed a recent study in The Lancet medical journal that hypothesized that an enzyme boosted by anti-inflammatory drugs such as ibuprofen could facilitate and worsen COVID-19 infections.  (Wharf Rat's original OP): The European/USA model is to REDUCE FEVER, using steroidal and non-steroidal means. As it turns out... Health Minister Oliver Veran: "The taking of anti-inflammatories (ibuprofin, cortisone) could be a factor in aggravating the infection. Jean-Louis Montastruc, head of pharmacology at Toulouse hospital: "Anti-inflammatory drugs increase the risk of complications when there is a fever or infection. Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs): Aspirin, ibuprofen, naproxen, advil, motrin, diclofenac... And, this dovetails with the discussion/disagreement that Dr Campbell had with Dr Cottrell, regarding this very issue. Dr Campbell spoke quite a bit about the unusually high mortality in Italy, and now it might make sense why (they prescribe anti febrile drugs for infection!!) meanwhile, I'm still searching for a timestamp on the Dr/Dr conversation. It was a bit contentious, but everything CAMPBELL said about it is now apparently shockingly true... The young and the old are the lest helped by the vaccine, the most likely to be harmed by it. ., source US Surgeon General years ago. Do not try to lower the fever of a flu, the fever is the body's way to lower the production rate of the flu virus. wwI flu deaths, I read that the main cause of the death rate was of the first use of aspirin at that period. It was used widely to reduce pain and fever. The fever is the bodies way to lower the reproduction of the virus so, the wide spread use of aspirin led to wide spread bad cases and death. |

What I don't get, is they are saying virtually all humans on earth will eventually get this. Which hopefully causes "herd immunity" Welp. If everyone's going to get it... why the RUSH to put UNTESTED emergency vaccines on the market? Won't the "problem take care of itself"? And also, the issue of viral loading... The more virus you get initially, the faster it spreads in your body. Therefore, IF you are exposed, it's better to have a LOWER initial VIRAL LOAD (say, touching a doorhandle) versus a heavy initial viral load dose (say, an infected person sneezing in your face) This is really important, and if someone doesn't make a thread about this soon then I will  ~Wharf Rat |
