Look, the definition of a bioweapon is specific and no arguments on that. Bioweapons are designed to kill for combat situations, they are not designed to make older people with underlying health problems, ill and kill some of them.
If it is a bioweapon, there are only two options.
1. It is a very smart bioweapon, it kills accidentally those with underlying health conditions, since it only seeks to evolve into something that will kill the most hosts
2. It is a weak bioweapon, by design so to either reset the Global economy or through the psychological operation, based on fear to hide the even more disturbing reality that is about to come, which would create more panic than the one we experience now.

If it is number one, a very smart bioweapon, the it will now work by it's own. At the start of the next month, April, they will announce that they finally found the "cure", till then the psyop must push the fear to the limits as also the casualties to the limit as also the fail of quarantine to the limits. Then the vaccine that will be mandatory will be sent to every part of the Globe, those that will refuse to be vaccinated will just get fired from their work, if they are businessman they will not be able to keep their businesses, if you work for a business you won't be able to work without the proof of vaccination.

The vaccination will have proof through a simple smartphone application.

I watched this virus very closely from last december,and I have a few questions to GLPers:

1. How real is it that the virus spread so quickly around the world in such a short time, literally all countries are infected?
