The world's currencies get gradually depleted, their face value get lower and lower as stimulus are injected into the domestic and financial economy.

Everybody get 'free' money to buy goods and services, but meanwhile the shelves become bare because the supply chain is broken and national supplies and production of essential goods are overwhelm or just technically halted.
Basic and vital products get scarce and some reach a final point where they can't be produced anymore.

There a secondary growing inflation because of the scarcity of the goods to supply basic people fundamental needs.
