Starting to think we will not be in a recession but rather this will be a economic "reset"

"Never let a crisis go to waste".

The BoE is also talking today about "Helicopter Money" for the masses.

For those who don't know, this means just printing money and just giving it to everyone (throwing it out of a helicopter).

I am starting to believe this will eventually lead to demise of the pound and trigger an economic "reset". The pound sterling today took an absolute pounding against the dollar, down to $1.16 I believe..

We also know that the government defaults on their debts, across the western world, increased by over 400% during the past 3-4 years.

This is very similar to the great depression of 1930 prior to WWII.

Fiat currency, like the dollar and the pound is not backed by any commodity like gold which makes it super vulnerable to failure.
