That's how the media does it.. they focus their cameras on where "the action is", ignoring the mundane activity that is happening verywhere else. During a situation like this pandemic, funeral home or crematorium activity will spike, hospitals will be very crowded, etc etc. SHowing the resulting pandomium at these places (which play on the natural fear of death) adds to the fear/panic. This plays into the agenda they're pushing.
