God Almighty: Very simple perspective of how to pray
When you call for someone in another room you can't see them but you know they can hear you.

When you call for someone not looking at you they can't see you but you know you're talking to them and they know you're calling them.

When you're talking to your friends and you turn around you know they're behind you and you continue to talk to them.

When you're talking and close your eyes you know who you're talking to and they can hear you.

When you're in a crowded place and you're talking to someone you know who you're intending to talk to amongst the people present.

So it is with God. If it makes it easier to close your eyes, or imagine he's in another room and can hear you, or standing behind you, or to close your eyes and imagine he's standing in front of you, just have the intent to speak to him and he can hear you and see you, whether your eyes are open or closed, he's everywhere, and his name is Jesus Christ. Open your mouth and speak to him.

It's all about intent and what you desire to say to him.

Um, no.

You might want to go review what Jesus had to say.

For if you have not done what he commanded so that his spirit and the spirit of his father enters into you, you are just talking to your self.

One must be born again of spirit.

He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him. 22Judas saith unto him, not Iscariot, Lord, how is it that thou wilt manifest thyself unto us, and not unto the world? 23Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him. 24He that loveth me not keepeth not my sayings: and the word which ye hear is not mine, but the Father's which sent me.

Matthew 6

9 In this manner, therefore, pray: Our Father in heaven, Hallowed be Your name.

10 Your kingdom come. Your will be done On earth as it is in heaven.

11 Give us this day our daily bread.

12 And forgive us our debts, As we forgive our debtors.

13 And do not lead us into temptation, But deliver us from the evil one. For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.

14 "For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. 15 But if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.

Luke 11

1 And it came to pass, that, as he was praying in a certain place, when he ceased, one of his disciples said unto him, Lord, teach us to pray, as John also taught his disciples.

2 And he said unto them, When ye pray, say, Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done, as in heaven, so in earth.

3 Give us day by day our daily bread.

4 And forgive us our sins; for we also forgive every one that is indebted to us. And lead us not into temptation; but deliver us from evil.

I am a humble Servant of the one True Living God.

Habakkuk 2:20 But the Lord is in his holy temple: let all the earth keep silence before him.

So, let's correct the whole how to pray properly thing, to make the seas calm, and our minds made silent, so that we can be in that holy temple where Satan has made his seat.

Psalm 89:9 Thou rulest the raging of the sea: when the waves thereof arise, thou stillest them.

The following is a parable about tossing out all of those unhealthy thoughts and feelings out of our minds, those thoughts that steal its silence and sense of peace. Thoughts largely influenced by the things of this world.

Matthew 21:12-14 And Jesus went into the temple of God, and cast out all them that sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables of the moneychangers, and the seats of them that sold doves, And said unto them, It is written, My house shall be called the house of prayer; but ye have made it a den of thieves.

As said before, the Father's House is our own mind, our spirit. So with our OWN mind we're supposed to turn to the Father, within, so that we can begin the process of being one with him.

Matthew 10:36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.

Since it is he who helps reclaim it, and helps defeats those enemies within our minds, within our own household

John 4:23-24 But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.

Which is why Jesus taught people to seek the Father FIRST.

Matthew 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

And you seek it out by doing exactly as Jesus said.

Matthew 6:6-8 But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly. But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking. Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him.

The closest is your own mind, and when you have have shut the door to your thoughts within, in that secret place of the spirit, which comes not with observation, pray to God with your mind, not your mouths like the religious do.

Luke 17:20-21 And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation: Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.

Ask for knowledge about the spirit for example, in your own mind. The 'Lord's Prayer' will be sufficient. And remember, the mouth is of the flesh, the mind is of the spirit.

Matthew 6:7-13 But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking. Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him. After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.

It's like counting sheep as you try and fall asleep. Do it that way, daily, in your mind.

Matthew 26:41 Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.

After all, the daily bread isn't literal food, it's that literal hidden manna from Heaven, and the Kingdom of God is within.

Acts 17:24-25 God that made the world and all things therein, seeing that he is Lord of heaven and earth, dwelleth not in temples made with hands; Neither is worshipped with men's hands, as though he needed any thing, seeing he giveth to all life, and breath, and all things;
