I think that should work just fine but the normal folks may still find it icky : ) I don't trust my bath drain to not leak a little too. And thanks; if someone sees that option, thinks it easier, and does it, may save someone.


I think we will be fine with water but with how important it is I think its worth having extra.

About 8 years ago out of nowhere the watermain under the street in front of my crappy apartment complex burst causing a massive sink hole that took out the 4 lane road out front. It was a pain not having water for a week or so. Ever since Ive been a big advocate of having spare water. I think most will be fine but having eeeeveryone at home using water may tax old pipes in some areas and who knows if the repair folks will be able to do their work. Again I think 99 percent will have no water problem but its just such a cheap prep and for that 1 percent it will mean everything
