I want to thank all of the ones who actually understood my post today. By the amount of red karma I have received today I believe my message went right over some heads and fell on deaf ears. I'm going to say it one more time before I move on to other things and enjoy my Friday evening:

You do not know what is going on in the lives of your fellow human beings. Before you jump on them to call them stupid and accuse them of being lazy or distracted because they haven't been as smart as the rest of us when it comes to being prepared for emergencies, please take a moment to think about what their life may hold. We don't know what their soul's path is either.

I do know one thing, every one of us has a story to tell. Every single one of us is amazing in our own right. Even though other people may appear stupid, weak, feebleminded, irresponsible, or just plain ignorant, there is value to each and every one of us. And we all perform everything we do to the best of our ability at any moment given with the information that we have.

So once again, instead of judging someone on this forum for not having all their shit together when it comes to being prepared for emergencies, maybe just let them be. There are plenty of positive things to say that we all can learn from.
