I don't think that this alone could explain such a huge drop in a time when everyone is on mandatory lockdown, being only able to talk to friends and relatives through the internet in many cases.

I saw a video of a man outside a hospital in China. He was shoveling cell phones into the back of a truck...it wasnt a back of a wheelbarrow either.

There are not 15 million dead people. That would get out. You can hide a few thousand but not much more than that.

I'm not assuming there are, there must be many factors involved for this drop during a crisis like this. But I think this numebr is an indicative that China may be indeed hiding their numberes.
