Prepped ones are not buying ammo. It is the panicking that are buying. I have not bought ammo in three months and gave away two boxes this week to a firearms owner that I felt did not even have a minimal stock.

I basically said, I know your income is low now. Buy food for your family and here is a box of ammo for your pistol and one for your rifle.
