All the store hiring is to replace sick or dead people in the coming pandemic future

A dear friend who works in upper HR management of one of the largest chain grocery stores told me that they are really mass hiring people as replacement workers for what they predict will be over half their workforce getting sick for weeks or dying. No joke. And the new hires will also get sick in the same way eventually. Of course, they're not providing gloves or masks to employees, because there are none!
