I've said this before, my sons and I got sick.

We had this virus I think, it came with a lot of

'congestion' in our lungs.

The one son indicated he was having trouble sleeping

because of the wheeze and congestion and he said--

I had to sleep on my side or on my stomach.

I did that too.

This may help many that could contract this so I shared it.
