What? the military is going to fight a war against a virus? they gonna shoot it down?.... nonsense.

This is not about stopping the virus, this is a Humanitarian Emergency of epic proportion, they're terrified and desperate for help and leadership. Prove it. 3400 mostly old and infirm people died in Italy in a space of three months of a new virus that causes severe pneumonia in a certain percentage of people. I truly dont see that as being outside normal parameters for a winter virus season, but I could be wrong. Italy has an average age in the 50s, lot of old codgers there. But we have to face reality, whatever it was it overwhelmed Italy's health care system and many people are dying for lack of medical care. Its bad, no doubt about it, we've seen the videos of people gasping for breath and doing the "wuflu twitch", its no fuckin' joke if you get it.  Consider that Italy normally has about 1,750 deaths a day, so they are shutting down a country and calling in the military for 100 extra deaths a day for the past 2 months.
