I've been taking between 3000-4000mg of Tylenol for back pain for the last several days. I've also been shopping for food at several places, no doubt exposing myself to the illness at some point. My immune system is nothing special. I usually catch a cold or flu every other year or so. I haven't caught as much as a sniffle. I think the reduction of inflammation in the body creates optimal conditions for fighting this virus.
