After 24 years in the gulf of mexico I just got laid off so it looks like I'll end up losing My house. No point in looking for work because I live in an oil town and jobs not connected to the oil industry only pay like 8 dollars an hour.

I promise you, your job will return, we are moving towards become more self sustaining as a country as far as oil/gas/energy production and with these changes, the jobs will return or be created.
