What does not make sense about his theory is that the rich go underground in bunkers release a bioweapon etc all to accomplish population control.

Seems like a hell of a lot of trouble to go to to reduce the population, wreck your finances etc.

If they want population control they would have done it much easier and not forced themselves to live underground, risk getting the bio weapon, move to live underground etc.

Just stick it in a flu vaccine or something else then get the word out between the elites don't take the flu virus.
