Freaked out by my deceased relative visting me in my dream
I've had dreams before of relatives visiting me in my dreams. but they where always short..

This one was a full on conversation. For those who have seen the TV Show Medium. Where Alison falls asleep and talks to spirits that way, this is exactly how my conversation was. But I remember it all, every word spoke, every detail....

What does this mean?

It was just a conversation, and she seemed happy.
At first the room she was in was all dark. but I moved closer, and could see the kitchen area really well.

I remember saying to her that normally when I dream like this am not aware of it happening, but told her I was totally aware which I was. it was just a simple chat nothing more.

Don't be freaked out, those are the best.

Hope you enjoyed it, as I am sure she did.

You are both lucky.

Re: Freaked out by my deceased relative visting me in my dream
God speaks to us in our dreams. He speaks to us through the Bible. He speaks to us through other Christians.

It sounds to me like you are a very spiritual person who fior whatever reason got turned off on the Bible. The Bible is the handbook for planet earth.

Also try reading Henry Blackaby book called Experiencibg God.

You will then understand our lives and the afterlife which is very very real.

You are getting ready to take off like a rocket ship and become a powerful Christian.

Find others like you.

God bless.

Thanks buddy. I usually do get freaked out by these visitations, i wake up, and just refuse to go back to sleep. but I guess something wanted me to not be afraid.

I really did enjoy the feeling. the fact that I was aware of everything going on around me was amazing. I've lost 3 aunt's to cancer in the past 2 years alone. all sisters too. I've had visitations from 2 of them. My mum is the remaining sibling of the sisters too. I was unsure to tell her or not because I don't want to freak her out and end up being crazy.

I have the same thing with my Mum. She's the youngest and thinks her oldest sister, who died in 1995, is still around.

I let her reminisce and ask her questions to get her mind thinking about her past and the good thing she remembers about her family and her childhood, especially the past couple weeks.

I wouldn't tell your mom, just let her reminisce and tell you her stories. You 'll be glad later, I hope.

Glad that you enjoyed the feeling and I am sure he felt good too, knowing that she reached you and that you are happy.

Re: Freaked out by my deceased relative visting me in my dream
A while back, a dead relative (RIP 2013), appeared in my dream as his teenage self, standing in my bedroom doorway and said: "Come on, it's time to go." Like they were waiting outside in the car for me.

This was last fall.

Re: Freaked out by my deceased relative visting me in my dream
This has happened to me in the past. Nothing important at the time, but years later it all clicked and made sense.

There was something there that will be important to you later, which is why you remember EVERYTHING so vividly.

Don't rush it - it will happen naturally as it was intended.
