Moderate Risk of Severe Weather Outbeak today for Illinois, Iowa, and Indiana

"A significant severe weather event is possible this afternoon/evening in far eastern Iowa, Northern Illinois, and far northwest Indiana. All severe weather hazards are possible including large hail (some very large 2+"), damaging wind, and tornadoes (some significant).

Anyone who lives within the risk area, particularly the red "moderate risk" area, including the cities of Peoria, IL and Davenport, IA, should pay particular attention to the weather this afternoon and evening. Be sure you are following your local National Weather Service office for additional information and that you have multiple ways to receive weather warnings."
