Quoting: Irredeemable If I don't die of the wu wu flu, I'll die of a heart attack, but at least I'll have enjoyed my last meal. Tonight is country ribs, wrapped in bacon, smothered in BBQ sauce, corn bread, and real mashed potatoes, none of that instant shit. Tomorrow is venison roast slow cooked all day in the crock pot with potatoes, onions, carrots, and hopefully celery if I can find any. PIZZA! Yes you can make it at home. <insert Italian imogy here> Smoke me a kipper, I’ll be back for breakfast. Quoting: Irredeemable my friend sent me a picture of what she made for dinner, it was seemingly the most ideal gourmet home cooked from scratch meal ever, and yes she said, "we're eating a little too well", me too! I love my own cooking! Luckily my boyfriend loves my good home cooking too! We're both super into good healthy natural fresh food. |

Tonite plain old spaghetti, Tomorrow venison and noodles (crock pot thing that tastes like sirloin tips and gravy), Lunch today was grilled cheese with tomato, onion, and bacon. We have oatmeal cookies and dulce de leche brownies because everyone seems to think we need to bake. I switched the bathroom scale to kg so I wouldn't feel so bad. lol Quoting: Anonymous Coward 76539470 Oh, that's funny. I've never had a scale in the house. I do have a tape measure though and I think I'm slipping. |

I then got out the rice, curry powder, turmeric, little spicy yellow peppers, some weird spice that's sort of like cinnamon but not cinnamon that's been gathering dust for a year, and the salt. And I proceeded to make some of the best chicken korma I've ever had, without a recipe, and without ever having made it in my life without cheating and using a jar full of sauce called "korma." Sometimes, life is what you make with what you've got. Last Edited by TlvmmCpoft on 03/28/2020 08:50 PM I don't know what lies they told you, but I can promise they were lies. Life is a spiritual war and no matter where we lay our head, we live in a warzone. There will be casualties. You do get to choose your side. I chose the Bright Side where my God fights for me. Others chose the Dark Side and fight for an entity that views them with disdain and discards them. |
