I work in one. You can only buy essential items. No clothes, no toys, no electronics, no arts and crafts, no sporting goods items, no hardware items, lawn and garden centers are closed, auto care centers are closed...the only things you can buy now are: Food Pharmacy items Personal items like soap, shampoo, etc. Paper products - toilet paper, paper towels, paper plates, etc. Pet Food Only certain baby items - diapers, wipes, formula, baby food, bottles, but no cribs and stuff like that. The reason they had to do this was because people were literally going to these big stores and walking around, browsing, etc. because they are bored. Its sad it had to come to this. Non essential items can still be ordered online however, and many offer "pick up today" options. About fucking time! |
