Insider here. The communists in the country are taking advantage of the situation to rally the poor to oust the government. The poor and unemployed (who don't pay taxes and are therefore useless to the society) are demanding food and money rations from the government like they are entitled to it.

And their rallies don't follow social distancing and therefore makes the spread of the virus even faster.
