| LindaE User ID: 76952466 United States04/03/2020 12:59 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | In a real pinch, get a paper towel, accordion pleat it (like when we did it with regular paper in the summer to make a fan--before air conditioning), then slip two elastic hair scrunchies (or two rubber bands) over it. Get a stapler and fold one folded end under, slide an elastic to the end (under the fold) and staple. Repeat on the other end. Spread the paper towel to form the mask. Don't know how long it will last, but in a pinch you do what you have to do. Disclaimer: not my idea. Check out Pinterest.  |

Try using Shop Towels, the blue paper towels that are found in the automotive section of your local Wally World. GO to the office supplies sections and get rubber bands. Roll the ends over an inch or so and staple a rubber band onto the fold. PLace the rubber band behind the ear and extend the folder towel to cover your face. Damn close to a N-95. Very uncomfortable. But, everyone that is wanting to wear masks, gloves and swim goggles need to realize that Corona is so small, it can still access your ear canals and those drain into your throat. Sorry about the bad news. Maybe disenfect your earbuds and play music to yourself when going out. |
