Yeah heard that as well. CoQ10, Quercetin and green tea are zinc ionophore's. I'll bet ivermectin is as well since it generally increases cell permeability.

Besides all that's been mentioned... Garlic. Crush a couple of cloves a day. Wait 15 minutes. Eat. Yes the stinging sulfuric acid when you chew it is nasty, but worth it for the allicin (and blood pressure benefits).

Take all 3 with a full glass of water about 5 minutes before eating. Make sure you eat something with fat (milk, cheese, meats, eggs, etc.) so that the Vitamin D is absorbed well.
